Warranties
Products and Solutions are warranted according to their individual
specifications. During their warranty period, REO Visual will support and correct
any defects in the application caused by REO Visual. Third party or OEM products
which may be used in the final products are warranted by the OEM Vendor. When a
problem has been corrected by that vendor, all licensed customers will be provided
with that update.
Products developed for a specific customer are warranted to perform
per the original specifications as provided in writing to the customer. This can
include additional features as long as they are specified in writing.
Products licensed by another customer are limited to the specifications
of the original design unless additional updates are contracted for as part of that
license purchase.
OEM providers used by REO Visual such as Microsoft™
and Crystal Reports™ occasionally have bugs/problems
which they do not correct. In these cases, REO Visual is not responsible for correction
of these bugs but will provide what in the industry is known as a "Work-around"
that will enable the customer to use the product. If the OEM Vendor provides a "fix"
for any bugs in their products, REO Visual will provide the update to all licensed
customers of the product.'
REO Visual accepts no responsibility for any problems resulting
as the result of the use or installation of its products and makes no warranties
beyond those specified in this document.
Warranties at REO Visual
Like all companies who want to provide for their customers, REO Visual
provides warranties for its products/solutions in a reasonable and responsible manner.
Training is provided under contract with a customer. It should be
noted that the warranty does not provide for training other than that provided in
the original installation agreement. REO Visual does provide on-line manuals for
licensed users of its products to assist with understanding and using its products.
The Product warranty is annual and expires when the license
expires.
