REO Visual Support
Customers who have licensed software products or web hosting customers automatically
have support as long as the license or hosting is maintained. Licensing and hosting
is renewed on an annual basis.
Support for applications included fixes to the application itself and current version
updates. It does not include training, installation, version level updates
or additional functionality you may wish to have added to the application.
Non-support customers are billed at the current hourly rate for a minimum of four
hours.
Customer Support
Customers who are under contract enjoy a next-business-day support agreement that
insures a timely response on the part of REO Visual Enterprises.
Non-contractual customers can purchase support at current rates. As a general rule,
non-contractually supported customers will be billed a minimum of four hours per
incident.
